Prior to the General Meeting, Janusz Cendrowski and Andrzej Skolmowski tendered their resignation as Members of the Supervisory Board.

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to remove from the Supervisory Board Cezary Możeński, Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, and Jerzy Koziara, Member of the Supervisory Board.

The following persons were appointed to the Supervisory Board: Janusz Cendrowski as Chairperson of the Supervisory Board, and Ignacy Chwesiuk, Leszek Lewicki and Jakub Troszyński as Members of the Supervisory Board. 

Andrzej Bartuzi and Jacek Wójtowicz, elected on behalf of the employees, continue to serve on the Supervisory Board.
