By decision of the Supervisory Board, Wojciech Wardacki was appointed as President of the Management Board, and Anna Zarzycka-Rzepecka and Tomasz Panas became new Vice-Presidents.

This is another step on the path to meet the objectives set by the Grupa Azoty Group for the Management Boards of its companies. The objectives include deepening and stepping up integration and more effective consolidation, as well as continued growth of the Group supported by innovation, synergies and further strengthening of the Grupa Azoty brand’s position on the domestic and international markets. 

Rafał Kuźmiczonek, Vice-President of the Management Board, elected on behalf of the employees, continues to serve on the Management Board. 

At the meeting, the Supervisory Board approved the Management Board’s proposal concerning distribution of profit for the financial year 2015 and decided that PLN 67.5m be paid as dividend to the shareholders.
